Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine glaze ingredients in a heavy small heavy saucepan. Stir over low heat until butter melts and sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Increase heat and boil 2 minutes. Cool completely.
Grease and flour a 10-cup bundt pan. With an electric mixer beat cake mix and other ingredients (except chocolate chips) until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and pour into prepared cake pan.
Bake cake until toothpick comes out clean (50 – 60 minutes). Immediately pour glaze over cake and let stand for about 30 minutes. Turn cake out onto desired serving platter and cool completely.
